Welcome to ReLife ("ReLife", "the App", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ReLife application and related services. By accessing or using ReLife, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
ReLife is a personal productivity and self-improvement tool designed to help users track tasks, habits, and personal growth metrics.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
2. Accounts
To use certain features, you may need to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. User Data & Content
You retain ownership of the data you create in ReLife, including:
- Tasks
- Lists
- Custom stat rules
- Preferences
By using the App, you grant us a limited license to:
- Store
- Process
- Display your data
This is solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
ReLife may offer premium features, subscriptions, or other entitlements.
Payment methods and entitlement models may differ by platform, release channel, or build—for example Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat-managed subscriptions (where used), Stripe or other web checkout when offered, and where available purchases through the Solana / Seeker dApp ecosystem (such as lifetime access or other on-chain entitlements). The rules that apply to your purchase are those of the channel you used, in addition to these Terms.
- Third-party stores and payment processors handle charges; ReLife does not store your full payment card or wallet secrets on its servers.
- Where a subscriptionis offered through an app store, it typically renews until you cancel in accordance with that store's billing settings (not all products are subscriptions—for example one-time or blockchain-based lifetime entitlements follow the terms shown at purchase).
- Receipt, renewal, cancellation, family sharing, and similar mechanics depend on the platform or payment path you use.
Refunds: refunds and payment disputes are handled according to the refund, chargeback, and dispute policies of the payment channel used for your purchase (for example Apple, Google, Stripe, or the policies applicable to Solana or other blockchain transactions as presented at checkout). Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any non-waivable rights under mandatory consumer law.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the App, including:
- Design
- Features
- Branding
- Software
are owned by ReLife.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
6. Availability & Changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but:
- The App is provided "as is"
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
We may:
- Update features
- Modify or discontinue parts of the App
7. Disclaimer
ReLife is a productivity and self-improvement tool.
It does not provide:
- Medical advice
- Psychological treatment
- Professional counseling
Any results or improvements depend on individual use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
ReLife is not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Loss of productivity or personal outcomes
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- We are required to do so by law
- We reasonably need to do so to protect the service or other users
If your access ends (whether you close your account or we terminate), your ability to use the App and associated cloud features may stop. User content and personal data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy (including deletion when you delete your account, where supported).
Paid entitlements (subscriptions, one-time purchases, lifetime or blockchain-based access) remain subject to the rules of the store or payment channel that processed the transaction—termination of your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund from ReLife, though statutory rights may still apply.
10. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updates will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date.
Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you by law (including, where applicable, rules that require lawsuits to be brought in your country of residence or that cannot be contractually waived).
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, you and ReLife consent to the personal jurisdiction and exclusive venue of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App.
Either party may seek provisional or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where appropriate.
